So today is Day 3 of a food "cleanse" I have started to hopefully help my energy levels. (NO sugar, dairy, white flour, fast food, processed, or fatty meats) So far.... I'm having a hard time being positive about it! It is WAY harder than I thought it would be and I'm definitely having withdrawals and cravings... It is nearly impossible for me to think of anything other than junky food right now.
Ran yesterday, 1.5 miles. jogged the first mile, walked the rest. Took me 20 minutes! Yikes! Got a ways to go, but I'll get there!! No running today, so I'll check in tomorrow. :)
